Professional guidance from an experienced detox and fasting coach with a holistic approach and more than 10 years of practice can help you to make sure that your detox/fasting program is safe, well-balanced, joyful and having a long-term positive impact on your life.

 

I am providing emotional support as well and I have an educational approach to the detox guidance. 
 
After the program with me, you will know everything, that you need to consider in your individual case, to be able to repeat it again on your own, when it's needed.

 

My perspective on detox/fasting is like this: everyone has the right and ability to cure themselves or maintain their health, if they have access to the right tools, such as the right knowledge, enough motivation and discipline, and resources of time and energy. But the real results of any detox are not the ones which one sees straight after.

 

Detox can be considered successful, if, after 1 month after it, people feel much better, than before, and that's easy to maintain. They don't feel guilty for their habits, and their habits are at the same time supportive of longevity, peace of mind and joy of living.

Holistic coaching is an approach to coaching that focuses on the overall well-being and balance of an individual's life. It recognizes that a person's life consists of interconnected aspects, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Rather than addressing specific issues in isolation, holistic coaching seeks to address the whole person and their unique circumstances.

 

Holistic coaching takes into account various areas of a person's life, such as career, relationships, health, personal growth, and life purpose. It aims to create alignment and harmony among these different areas, allowing individuals to achieve a state of balance and fulfillment. I will work with you to explore your values, beliefs, and goals in each area, and support you in creating a holistic vision for your life.

 

I use various techniques and tools, which I have learned in the years of education and guiding people through different perspectives to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in your life.

 

 

A coaching program offered by a nutritionist with a psychological background combines the knowledge and expertise of both nutrition and psychology to provide a holistic approach to wellness and lifestyle changes. This program aims to address not only the physical aspects of nutrition but also the psychological factors that influence eating behaviors, habits, and overall well-being.

 

The coaching program typically begins with an initial assessment to understand the client's current eating patterns, lifestyle, health goals, and any psychological factors that may be impacting their relationship with food and themselves. This assessment may involve discussions about past experiences, emotional eating tendencies, body image concerns, and other psychological aspects related to nutrition and others.

 

Based on the assessment, I will design a personalized coaching plan that takes into account  your nutritional needs, emotional needs and individual psychological factors. The program may include the following components:

 

Nutritional Education: information and education about healthy eating habits, balanced nutrition, portion control, and the importance of different nutrients. We also discuss the impact of nutrition on mental health and overall well-being.

 

Goal Setting: Together with the client, we will set realistic and achievable goals related to nutrition, weight management, and overall health (physical, mental, emotional). These goals may be specific to the client's needs and can include dietary changes, behavior modifications, and self-care practices.

 

Behavioral Change Strategies: I will help you identify and address underlying psychological factors that may contribute to unhealthy eating patterns or other self damaging patterns. This may involve exploring emotional triggers, stress management techniques, mindful eating practices, and developing strategies to overcome barriers and develop healthier habits.

 

Support and Accountability: Throughout the coaching program, I will provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability.  Regular check-ins, provide resources and materials, and offer guidance and feedback to help you stay motivated and on track with your nutrition and lifestyle goals.

 

Progress Evaluation: Periodically, we will evaluate your progress, reassess goals, and adjust the coaching plan as needed. This allows for continuous improvement and adaptation to ensure the program is effective and aligned with the client's evolving needs.

 

Overall, a coaching program which I offer combines nutritional expertise with psychological insights,  supportive therapies and recommendations to support clients in making sustainable life changes, addressing emotional  patterns, and promoting overall well-being. By considering the interplay between nutrition, psychology, biohacking tools, energy work and subconscious patterns reset, this approach aims to create lasting behavior change and a healthier relationship with yourself.

Self-Integrity Method

SELF-INTEGRITY METHOD THERAPY

 

Self-Integrity Method Therapy (SIM), uses techniques designed to remove a person's limiting subconscious beliefs in order to open the door for physical and emotional healing. For people who suffer from migraines, asthma, muscle pain, psychosomatic symptoms or posttraumatic reactions SIM helps to expedite the body's healing processes.

 

It is also used for emotional healing, addictions, co-dependent behaviour and can be helpful with depression, letting go of resentment and feelings of rejection in addition to unburdening traumatic experiences from childhood.

 

SIM therapy quickly and safely helps to recover lost energy resources, get back motivation to life, adapt to the new lifestyle or circumstances, process acceptance of past events and overcome the fears which are blocking the potential future. SIM therapy is the compilation of more than 20 different methods of psychology and other modalities, such as RTT and family constellation.
