MY STORY
My Story begins with 16 years of personal exploration of varied & alternative approaches to human health, spiritual growth, and mind & body connection. Through my research and implementation of detox & fasting modalities, including herbs and natural supplements, I have healed myself from chronic conditions such as epilepsy, spinal injuries including multiple herniations from professional sports accidents, and parasitic infections, which almost killed me after long life in India. Though medical advice recommended multiple surgeries and long-term pharmaceutical usage, I achieved my current health through natural medicine, fasting programs, diet, and specific exercise.
Since early 2016, I have been providing my clients with comprehensive coaching programs for weight loss, addiction & injury recovery, parasitic infections, and other health recovery processes that require individual and specifically tailored processes.
My in-depth knowledge of Human Design is the foundation for my tailored client diagnosis & support. The understanding of this system brings clarity to the individual on the effects of their decisions and actions on their health and well-being. Human Design brings an understanding and acceptance of their unique nature, thus learning how to work with it not against it creating a healthier and happier life path.
The life direction mapping and brainstorming which I offer to clients clarify their priorities and manage their resources effectively. Self-Integration Therapy allows them to let go of anything that's holding them back. Herbal & supplements support helps to have the energy to move forward.
MY APPROACH
My approach to healing is a process that simultaneously works on all levels: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Prior to my healing and professional journey, I worked as a teacher in the university of Data Mining and Intellectual Analysis of Data.
I have finished my PHD in computer science, but always wanted to work with people. After years of searching for tools to help myself fully connect with my inner truth and inner power despite the opinions of others, I came to the combination of these therapies which I use now for supporting others on their journey to self-healing and self-empowerment.
MY INTENTION
My intention is to support people to heal themselves at the time of our connection, but also to educate them on how to live their life, healthily and happily. How to stand up, when they are falling down. I try to teach people about themselves and their connection with their bodies.
